HOW CAN I PLACE THE ORDER?
It is very easy to place the order, please follow the steps:
1.	If you want to send a cake to your wife back in USA, go to the flower page and choose the said item.
2.	Click "add to basket" of this product, the item will automatically add to your secure shopping cart.
3.	If you want to add more items press continue shopping and you can put more items with the same method or if you want to finalize the order click on the “check out “button.
4.	Enter your billing address of your credit card which you are using for this order.
5.	Enter your delivery address in USA, your receiver's name and card message please make sure to give us at least 2 to 5 days for delivery, for urgent orders please call us.
6.	Plz write proper zip code to avoid any delay in your order.
7.	After completing the order form please click the button at the bottom of that page for payment.
8.	A secure payment page will come where you have to put your credit card detail as follows.
9.	Your items will deliver within 2 to 5 days but delivery is subject to the approval of your credit card.
10.	The method is very simple but if you still have any further question please feel free to contact us. At the time of placing the order please make sure to give us correct delivery address and phone no. Coz wrong address and phone number may coz the delay in delivery.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY GIFT?
Keeping in view the cost we dont send our own courier to deliver your gifts or parcel but we use different local couriers or postal service for delivery.

HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER THE ORDER?
1.	FOR PAKISTAN: - We take 24 hours to deliver all over the Pakistan. In Pakistan we deliver on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays.
2.	FOR WORLDWIDE: - It takes 2 to 5 days to deliver worldwide. For special delivery please contact us. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No we don't have any cancellation policy on any kind of orders but we can give the store credit, it means that amount will remain with us and you can place the order in future against that amount, but for this you must inform us atleast 24 hours before the delivery time. “contact us”
